Olympic Style Training Days

Train and be pampered like a pro for the day!

Whether you’re an athlete looking to boost your current training, a fitness enthusiast up for a challenge or someone who’s looking to kick start their training regime after a period of time off, I’ve developed these training days so you can have a taste of what it’s like to train to your potential the Olympic way. Each training day is bespoke and individualised to your requirements. Everyone gets my undivided attention and support plus professional physiotherapy support and massage.

Training activities on offer*

  • Outdoor running and activity
  • Land-based core conditioning
  • Gym work
  • Swim training
  • Stroke specific swim technique work
  • Video analysis – feedback session
  • Physiotherapy – Sports massage from an English Institute of Sport (EIS) Physiotherapist

*Activities will vary to include some or all depending on the individual.

Sample Timetable:

8am – 8.30am Meet, greet and talk about the day
8.30am – 9.45am Warm up and outdoor run
10 – 11am Olympic land training circuit
30 minute break to snack, stretch and get ready for pool.
11.30 – 12.30am Pool session 1 – technique based with video
12.45pm – 1.30pm Lunch
1.30  – 2pm Video analysis feedback
2.15 – 3.15pm Pool session 2 – correcting technique and skill development
3.30 – 4.30 Physiotherapy/sports massage
4.30 – 5pm Training projections and debrief

Two day camps can be arranged. Accommodation is not provided.
